Cutting Edge Drama have to date staged four highly successful showcases using students from Community Education Classes / "Release the Actor Within" and in September 2010 present the hilariously funny play 'The Memory of Water' by Shelagh Stephenson, at the Rose Centre Theatre, Belmont.

Look Out for

This award winning play (Laurence Olivier Best comedy 2000) revolves around three dysfunctional sisters and the men who foolishly love them,gathering at the family home to deal with their mothers funeral. Shared memories from their youth are disputed and re-invented until grief and niggling resentments give way to comic anguish and hilarity. This funny heartfelt play brings the best of British humour to the stage and will have you falling off your seat and laughing till your face aches..
